Abstract

Public services are basic services in the administration of government, public services are indicators in assessing government performance at both the central and regional levels because government administration will be said to be good if the public services are oriented to the interests of the community. Good and quality service has implications for the satisfaction of the community because the community directly assesses the performance of the services provided. The indicator of community satisfaction is the benchmark for the success of the government's implementation. Meanwhile, the services that should be provided by the Rimbo Panjang Village must be more effective and efficient in order to provide comfort and satisfaction when carrying out public services, with good service by the bureaucratic apparatus in the Rimbo Panjang Village Apparatus as they should have such a large role in the Village Service. will create good village government management (good governance). Because in addition to providing convenience in managing population administration letters, the apparatus is also considered successful in carrying out the duties and objectives of public organizations, namely by creating excellent and maximum service in responding to the needs of the community needed, especially letters of residence. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out how government management in population administration in the village of Rimbo Panjang. The purpose of this study was to determine government management in population administration in Rimbo Panjang village, mining district, Kampar district and explain what are the factors that hinder government management in population administration. This type of research is a descriptive survey with qualitative. The informants were the head of the Rimbo Panjang village, the head of the government and the community, while the key informants were the head of the UPTD Population and Civil Registry of the Tambang District.
