Abstract
This study is to determine the Tourism Development Strategy in improving Tourism Destinations. Development Strategy assessment indicators used include: SWOT Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This research method uses a descriptive survey. By using Quantitative. Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study that Tourism Development in improving Tourism Destinations by the Youth and Sports Tourism Office of Pelalawan Regency is categorized as Implemented in implementing Wing Palace Tourism Development. The Pelalawan Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office has the aim of knowing the performance of the Pelalawan Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office in the previous period;
