Abstract

This study aims to find out the Analysis Of The Implementation Of Sub-District Coaching In Improving The Performance Of Village Consultative Bodies In Lubuk Dalam Sub-District In Siak District. Theory used in this research is the coaching theory proposed by Karyadi. Indicators used include : Provide Guidance, Mentoring, Referrals, Provision of Training, and Supervision. This type of research is qualitative type, and the research location is Lubuk Dalam sub-district office and 2 (two) village in the sub-district of Lubuk Dalam namely Sri Gading village and Empang Baru village. There are 13 (thirteen) people who made the informant in this research data researcher use interview in this research, after the data collected and will be analyzed descriptively, to get answer about The Implementation Of Sub-District Coaching In Improving The Performance of Village Consultative Bodies. After conducting in-depth research and interview, the result of research on the Analysis Of The Implementation Of Sub-District Coaching In Improving The Performance Of Village Consultative Bodies In Lubuk Dalam Sub-District In Siak District are “Adequately Good�, with some obstacles such as the absence of funds received from the district to village consultative bodies, and lack of awareness of village consultative bodies to take part in coaching conducted in Lubuk Dalam district.
