Abstract

This study aims to study the Role of the Indragiri Hulir District Population and Civil Registration Service in Implementing the Electronic KTP Service Standards in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The indicators of this study are Requirements, Procedures, Duration, Costs, Products, Complaint Handling. This type of research conducted in Indragiri Hilir Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes questionnaire lists as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then uses research raw materials to analyze empirical research from the objectivity of research in search of a place to examine. Related to the population used in this study is the Section Head of Population Data Management and Presentation, Person in Charge of Making E-KTP and Head of Section for Population Identification and Community Service Recipients. The sample technique used in the breakdown of individual samples is the Census Technique for civil servants and accidental sampling techniques for community groups, types and data collection techniques used in this study consisting of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on the analysis techniques in this study, the results of research and research involving the Role of the Indragiri Hulir District Population and Civil Registration Service in Implementing the Standard of Electronic KTP Services in Indragiri Hilir Regency received answers in the "Good Enough" category. Where the author's hope in the future is that the services available at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency can be increased to be possible.
