Abstract

The study attemps to describe the Use of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Community Empowerment in the village Gudang Batu Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Identify by factors in support and factors better in the community empowerment of village funds allocation un the village Gudang Batu Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The focus of this study that is use village fund allocation that includes : planning, the implementation, and purpose answer. And the second is by factors in support and inhibitors of use village fund allocation. The kind of research this is descriptive quantitative data, in this research consists of informant and respondent. Technique data collection use four ways that is quisioner, interview, observation, and documentation. Technique analysis the data use collection data, condensation data, and with drawal of conclusion. The result of that could be observed from the study that the use of village fund allocation in community empowerment in the village Gudang Batu Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu in categorized quite well, but still found some obstacles and errors in the use of the village fund allocation. Community empowerment is intended for the public in the form of tangible and physical development in the form of facilities and infrastructure
