Abstract
This research was conducted at the Satpol PP office in Riau Province. This study aims to find out about the problems and obstacles in supporting the performance of Satpol PP employees in enforcing the Perda in Riau Province. Improving the quality of employee performance can be improved by implementing basic training that can create good performance. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the basic training provided it has been effective with an average value of 72.3%. While the target indicator is worth 57.2% in the category of less effective. The curriculum indicators in the effective category are worth an average of 78.3%. Facility indicators in the effective category have an average of 76.7%. The participant indicator is worth an average of 75.6% in the effective category. The trainer indicator is worth an average of 72.9 in the effective category and the implementation indicator is worth an average of 73.6% in the effective category. Inhibiting factors are still low Satpol PP human resources, and the lack of socialization and the formation of a special team of the Satpol PP in enforcing local regulations and carrying out tasks that are considered inadequate with the existing area.
