Abstract

Core Analysis of News on Letters Pekanbaru Tribune Daily News. This research is motivated by types of direct news and types of news indirect. The problems studied in this study are: How are the types News terrace on the daily newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru. The research objective is in accordance with the formulation of the problem that has been described then the goal to be The achievement of this research is to describe the types of headline news stories contained in the daily newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru, to interpret the species the main news terrace contained in the daily newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru, for determine the type of main news terrace contained in the daily newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru. The research method used was this research carried out in Pekanbaru in 2020. Furthermore, this research method uses the method qualitative descriptive with the aim of describing the writing style of news headlines on the main news of the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper found in the study as it is. The mention of "descriptive" is one of the characteristics in qualitative research. Therefore, this research is also called qualitative research, whose characteristics appear in the description of the research data, collection data, data analysis, and presentation of data analysis results. Data collection techniques on this research is the technique of data collection is the main step in doing this research, because the main purpose of this research is to get data. The techniques used to obtain data in this research is a documentation technique, documentation technique is a technique that used to collect data stated that the documentation method, ie looking for data about variables in the form of notes, transcripts of books, newspapers, magazines, inscriptions, meeting minutes, agendas and so on. The data that the author obtained as many as 30 data from the Pekanbaru Tribune Newspaper. Hermeneutic technique is a technique read, record, and conclude. The author does this technique with a purpose get accurate data. Here, the author first reads the newspaper contained in the Pekanbaru Tribune newspaper, then recorded the words included in the type of headlines included in the editorial. Data 30 data were taken from the Tribune Pekanbaru Newspaper.
