Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of physical condition of futsal players in extracurricular futsal at MTS Masmur Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were students who took part in the futsal extracurricular at MTS Masmur Pekanbaru with 15 male futsal players. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, with the instruments used in the form of a flexometer test, vertical jump, 50 meter run, shuttle run, 15 minute run. Based on data processing carried out using a statistical system, there are 14 people with a less category (93.38%), enough category with 1 person with a percentage (6.67%). Based on the results of research conducted on futsal players at MTS Masmur Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that the level of physical condition of futsal players at MTS Masmur Pekanbaru with an average score for all tests including flexibility tests, explosive power tests, speed tests, agility tests, and power tests resistant who get the results of an average value of 2.98 in the less.
