Abstract
This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of accountability and transparency in managing village funds in Bukit Petaling Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, documentation and interviews. The result of this research is that Bulit Petaling Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency is already accountable but has not been carried out optimally because the accountability report is submitted more than the stipulated time. Then Bukit Petaling Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency cannot be said to be transparent in the management of village funds because the community has not been able to access all information on accountability reports that include reports on APBDes realization, activity realization reports, activities that have not been completed or not implemented, remaining budgets and complaints addresses using the media. information such as bulletin boards and banners.
