Abstract
This study aims to determine the interaction and effect of the main treatment of various liquid organic fertilizers and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery. This research was carried out at the Integrated Agricultural Unit of the Islamic University of Riau (UPT-UIR), Jalan Sekolah, RT 02/RW 03, Desa Kuabng Jaya, Kec. Siak Hulu, Kab. Kampar. This research lasted for 5 months from April to August 2021. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of two factors, where the first factor was without the administration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P0), NASA Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P1) , GDM Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P2), Ghost Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P3) which consists of 4 treatment levels and the second factor is the application of NPK 16:16:16 Fertilizer which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely without giving treatment (N0), NPK 16 :16:16 30 g/plant (N1), 60 g/plant (N2), 90 g/plant (N3). Parameters observed were the increase in plant height, the number of fronds, the length of the fronds, the increase in stem circumference, and root volume. The data were analyzed statistically and presented with the Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction effect of various POC and NPK 16:16:16 had an effect on the parameter of stem girth increase. The best treatment was giving a combination of POC Nasa 6 ml/liter and NPK 16:16:16 90 g/plant. The main treatment effect of various POCs had an effect on all observed parameters except root volume. The best treatment was giving POC Nasa 6 ml/liter. The main treatment effect of NPK 16:16:16 had an effect on all plant parameters. The best treatment is NPK 16:16:16 90 g/plant.
