From the results of this research it is known that the tariff for SPAM clean water is Rp. 4,000-Rp. 4,500, the results of the NPV analysis are less than 0 and the BCR analysis is less than 1 so that it can be said that the current clean water tariff cannot cover the operational costs of the SPAM and is categorized as not feasible, if the SPAM uses water rates according to government standards Rp.6,094 it can cover all operational costs and is suiTabel for use for the next 5 years.
