Abstract

The task and role of the Government is to disseminate and raise awareness to the village community through the provincial government and/or district government about the importance of BUMDes for improving community welfare. To realize development at the village level, there are still some obstacles. It is not only a matter of limited human resources, but also a problem of financial limitations. The purpose of the study was to find out how the village government strategy in increasing village community income and village original income by establishing BUMDes in Teluk Paman Timur Village. And to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the village government in the implementation of BUMDes in Teluk Paman Timur Village. Indicators in this study are objectives, environment, direction, action and learning. The key informants in this study were Drs. H. Ilisman, M.Si as the Head of Teluk Uncle Timur Village. Data collection techniques are conducting observations, interviews and documentation. For his actions are appropriate in making strategies in the village government, but only less in bringing the community to participate in the implementation of the strategy. So that the community participates more in the establishment and implementation of activities in BUMDes.
