Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Putri Agung of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the census method, so the sample was 37 respondents. The research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary and secondary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, simple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Putri Agung of Pekanbaru with t count 9.005 > t-table 2.030 and the relationship between the two variables in the strong category.
