Abstract

Learning facility (variable X) was a needed in better teaching and learning process that move or unmoved facility, in order to reach the effective and efficient learning process, teacher’s performance (variable Y) was a teacher activity in doing learning job in school and responsible to students in his guidance with improving students’ learning achievement. The relationship between learning facility on teacher’s performance was an important factor. The purpose in this research examined to know there was any influence of learning facility on teacher’s performance at Islamic senior high school Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. This research used quantitative research with correlational approach. The population and sample in this research took 36 teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. In data analysis, it used SPSS 21 application, and the research finding showed that the hypothesis did not influence of learning facility on teacher’s performance with significant score 0.657 and based on correlation/relationship score ( R ) in 0.077, meanwhile determination coefficient (R square) was in 0.006 that meant independent variable (learning facility) on dependent variable (teacher’s performance) in 6%. This finding showed that teacher’s performance was influenced by learning facility in 6%. Meanwhile others 100% - 6% = 94% was influenced by others factors.
