Abstract

The government is implementing building approvals based on the enactment of PP No. 16 of 2021 concerning buildings on February 2, 2021, there are still many buildings that do not have permits for these buildings, so the government carries out evictions or land confiscation as a result of building owners not having permits and will be given administrative sanctions from the government. This type of research can be classified in the type of empirical legal research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research at the location or place studied in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem being researched. The results of research in the implementation of building construction based on PP No. 16 of 2021 concerning building construction, it has been running well and smoothly, however, because this rule is still relatively new, there are still many obstacles that occur. The conclusions that can be obtained from this research are first, the implementation of construction The building, based on Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021, has been running well and smoothly, however, because this regulation is still new, obstacles have been found. Second, the inhibiting factor in obtaining permits is the lack of public awareness of the importance of PBG.
