Abstract
Oil palm farming activities have become one of the government's attention points because this business still contributes significantly to the regional and national economy. So as to be able to give a positive influence on the perpetrators of oil palm farming. Credit to Cooperative Members (KKPA), is a form of credit scheme with soft conditions provided by the government through PT. (Persero) Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT. PNM) to the primary cooperative which is then channeled to its members. Distribution of KKPA to cooperative members is carried out through an executing bank appointed by PT. PNM: This study aims to analyze (1) the characteristics of oil palm farmers, (2) production facilities, production costs, production of income and efficient oil palm farming; and (3) factors that influence the production of oil palm farming. The research was carried out for 6 (six) months, starting from August to February 2019. The research method was conducted in a survey of 30 oil palm farmers who were members of the KKPA. Sampling is done intentionally (purposive). The results of the study show that the average farmer's age is 50.13 years, the average length of education is 8.13 years, the number of dependents on the average family is 2.73 and the average experience of farming is 24.5 years. The results of farming research show that the average production cost of oil palm farming in the KKPA pattern is Rp. 13,520,966 / ha / year or Rp. 27,041,933.33 arable / year with an average production of 28,205 kg / ha / year or 56,410.00 kg / arable / year. Furthermore, the average gross income of oil palm farming in the KKPA pattern is valued at Rp 43,717,750 / ha / year or Rp 87,435,500.00 / year / year, with a net income of Rp 30,196,783 / ha / year or Rp 60,393,566.67 / hope / year and RCR of 3.23. Regression test results show that there are 6 variables that have a significant effect on palm oil production. The KKPA pattern, which is the independent variable, the number of workers, RPh, Urea, KCl and Kisrite fertilizers included in the model can explain diversity by 61% and the remaining 39% is explained by other factors not included in the model. Partially there are four variables that affect oil palm production, namely labor, number of crops, KCl fertilizer and Kiesrite fertilizer.
