Abstract

This research aims to determine the suitability of Village Financial Management Accountability and Transparency in Ujung Tanjung Village, Kec. White Land District. Rokan Hilir with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Data sources used are primary data. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that Ujung Tanjung Village at the planning, implementation, administration stages is in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. However, at the reporting stage it is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20. In 2018, there is no report on the realization of activities and only includes the Village Budget and at the accountability stage there isn’t activity realization report and the sectoral list is only the village budget. The principle of transparency is still not transparent and not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018, due to the lack of government transparency by installing billboards that present information containing only the Village Budget.
