Abstract

ABSTRACT AFAP HASIBUAN (NPM: 144310378) "THE INFLUENCE OF GIVING VEGETABLE POCKS WITH THE DIFFERENT DOSAGE OF CHRORELLA SP) 'under the guidance of Mr. Ir. H. Rosyadi, M.Sc. as mentor I. Mr. Jarod Setiaji, S.Pi, M.Sc, counselor II. The study was conducted for 20 days in August 2018 at the Fish Seed Center (BBI) Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the effect of Giving liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on vegetable waste and with different doses on the abundance of Chlorella sp. The experimental method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments 3 replications (P1) liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 4 cc / l, (P2) liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 5 cc / l, (P3) liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 6 cc / l, (P4) liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 7 cc / l, (P5) liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 8 cc / l. The results showed that the highest abundance of Chlorella sp in treatment (P2) was 8,933,333 cells / ml, then (P3) of 7,900,000 cells / ml, (P4) of 7,583,333 cells / ml, (P5) of 7.116. 667 cells / ml and the lowest treatment was found in treatment (P1) which was 6,833,333 cells / ml. The highest Biomass Chlorella sp in treatment (P2) of 0.38 gr / l and the lowest in treatment (P1) 0.09 gr / l. Results of measurements of water quality such as temperatures of 25-29 ° C, pH 6 and N, P, K were 14.28 mg / l, 35.49 mg / l and 0.030 mg / l.
