Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of Pekanbaru City At this time often has problems in conducting fund distribution activities, because in terms of recording which still uses manual methods, to determine the standardization of mustahik that is worthy of receiving assistance is still manually recorded by the management. After the committee carries out the task then distributes zakat funds that are priodized that is, once in three months but the zakat funds that will be channeled must be on target. For this reason, there is a need for a system that is able to provide effective monitoring information on fund disbursement so that it can minimize the time of distribution of zakat funds, mustahik information, muzakki information, UPZ information about productive zakat funds. To prevent these problems, the Application for Monitoring the Distribution of Funds in the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru City is needed. In this system Admin can do data collection and field staff can see the identity of the mustahik that will be selected to get zakat funds quickly and easily. And monitor and supervise the activities of distributing zakat funds continuously.
