Abstract

The priority for using village funds is for the development sector and the community empowerment sector. However, it is still important to pay more attention to community empowerment in villages because so far the village government has only focused on infrastructure development, while community empowerment is still minimal, especially for empowerment programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management in Developing Village Community Empowerment in Lubuk Siam Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, to determine the inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method. The theory used is the theory of Effectiveness with indicators defined namely: Source Approach, Process Approach, Target Approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study are quite implemented in carrying out village fund management in the development of community empowerment in Lubuk Siam Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. with the village community. The purpose of taking this title is to find out the management of village funds in the development of community empowerment.
