Abstract

Technological developments currently play an important role in the creation of new innovations, there are growing and many types of technology, especially Arduino which can be designed to be a new innovation in a certain city or area. The government has regional problems, especially in saving electrical energy on street lights, innovation in the use of Arduino can certainly help these problems. The negligent nature of the officers has resulted in an increase in regional dependents for excessive use of electricity, especially on electricity for road lights which are often late/forgot to turn off during the day by officers. In reality, warnings to field officers are not very efficient in dealing with the soaring use of electricity in street lights. So we need a system that can be applied as an alternative to reduce the electricity budget for street lights. The system built is an automatic street lamp lighting system based on light intensity and vehicle movement.
