Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test whether product quality, location and prices affect consumer satisfaction in buying bread at Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru Bukit Barisan. The sample collection technique of this study is using the Porposive Random Sampling Technique with criteria consumers who shop more than once, The data analysis technique is by using descriptive analysis method. The method used is relative frequency distribution, namely the data obtained is divided into several groups and expressed or measured in percentages. As for the bound results in this study is consumer satisfaction which consists of 3 dimensions namely product quality, price and location with product quality and price findings affect consumer satisfaction at Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru Bukit Barisan while location does not affect consumer satisfaction in buying bread At Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru, Bukit Barisan.
