Abstract

This study aims to develop Guided Discovery-based learning tools for class X SMA on exponent materials that are suitable for use or have been tested for validity and practicality. In developing this learning tool, the ADDIE model consists of five stages, namely the Analysis stage, the Design stage, the Development stage, the implementation stage, and the Evaluation stage. The instrument used for data collection in this study is a learning device validation sheet whose assessment uses a Likert scale and a practical assessment learning device sheet obtained through teacher and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis which describes the level of validity and practicality of learning tools. The results of this study indicate that the Guided Discovery-based learning device developed has a combined validity of lesson plans/teaching modules of 90% with very valid criteria, the combined validity of LKPD is 85.81% with very valid criteria and a practical value of 79,95% with practical criteria. . Based on the results of research on the development of Guided Discovery-based learning tools for class X SMA on exponent material, it can be concluded that a suitable learning device has been produced or has been tested for validity and practicality.
