Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of self-concepts and learning style to the learning outcomes biology class X SMA Negeri District of Bangko Academic Year 2016/2017 which was implemented in February 2017. The total population was all class X SMAN 1 Bangko, Bangko and SMAN SMAN 2 3 Bangko is 440 students. For sample is taken 25% of the population so that the sample size is 25% become 110 students in the sample. An instrument of data collection is done by giving a set of questions or a written statement to the respondent to give a response in accordance with the user's request. Based on the results of research using correlation analysis known that there is a relationship between self-concept and learning style on student learning outcomes biology class X SMA District of Bangko academic year 2016/2017. From the analysis it is also known that there is a relationship Self-Concept and Learning style with Learning Outcomes Biology Class X SMAN District of Bangko academic year 2016/2017. The contribution of self-concepts and learning style to the learning outcomes biology is 20.7%.
