Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at Tandun Hospital, Kampar Regency. This study used descriptive and quantitative methods with a total sample of 93 patients. This study uses quantitative analysis and the results of this study indicate that it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant and positive effect on service quality on inpatient satisfaction at Tandun Hospital, Kampar Regency. (2) Based on the recapitulation results per dimension on the service quality variable, it is known that the reliability dimension has the highest score while the physical evidence dimension has the lowest score. (3) Based on the recapitulation results per dimension on the inpatient satisfaction variable, it is known that the expectation dimension has the highest score while the actual performance dimension has the lowest score.
