Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT.RAPP) Mandau Estate, Siak district. The population in this study are employees who work in this company totaling 45 people. While the sample in this study, which amounted to 40 people, used a purvosive sampling technique, namely taking samples by paying attention to certain criteria. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) interviews and documentation. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the employee engagement variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT.RAPP) Mandau Estate, Siak Regency. The amount of employee engagement contribution to employee performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been done. Through the partial t test it was concluded that the employee engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) Mandau Estate, Siak Regency.
