Abstract
Product quality and price become one of the determinants of consumer decisions in choosing a product, at this time there is a trend towards the proliferation of modern bakery outlets such as in Pangkalan Kerinci, there are several bakery shops including Vanhollano Bakery Kerinci, Rotte Bakery, Viena Caffe and Bakery and one of the bakeries that sells bakery goods. is currently developing called Redhelyn Bakery Pangkalan Kerinci. Redhelyn Bakery is a brand of bread made by PT. Redhelyn Bakery, which was established in 2017. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether product quality and price affect people's decisions to buy food products at Redhelyn Bakery Pangkalan Kerinci. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and price affect people's decisions to buy food products at Redhelyn Bakery Pangkalan Kerinci. The subject of this research is redhelyn bakery consumers. The data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the responses of respondents regarding product quality and price on people's decisions to buy food products at Redhelyn Bakery Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency are at a very good level. And the results of data analysis with a partial t test that product quality has a significant effect obtain a t count > t table (2.807 > 3.14) with a significant value of 0.007 and the price obtains a t count > t table (7.780 > 3.14) with a significant value 0.000 which means that it has a significant effect on people's decisions to buy food products at Redhelyn Bakery Pangkalan Kerinci.
