Abstract

To maintain the stability of employee performance, it can be known through the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of performance and factors that affect employees in the field of transfers and employment status of Regional Office XII of the Pekanbaru State Civil Service Agency. This research used qualitative method with descriptive type, namely using data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with key informants and informants. The results of this study show that the ability to complete works is good. This can be seen from the timeliness of verification process for the completion of promotion file according to a predetermined schedule. However in the implementation of processing incoming promotion files, mutation fields and employment status, still asking for help by transferring employees to other fields. The most dominant factor influencing the performance of the field of mutation and the employment status of XII regional office of the pekanbaru state civil of service. While the less dominant influencing factor is responsiviness.
