Abstract

Communication of Village Office Employees in Providing Population Administration Services in Langkat Sub-District Siak Kecil Bengkalis Regency Soirin NPM: 129110079 The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication of village office employees in improving population administration services to the community in the Langkat Village office, Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency. The government can be assumed as a communicator and the community as a communicant, but in a certain atmosphere, the community can be in the position as the conveyer of ideas or ideas and the government is in a position to look at what the people want. In communicating there are several factors or elements that need to be considered, including: Who is faced, Situation and Conditions, Place, Media used, and Message delivered. This study uses qualitative research methods with informant taking purvoise sampling, amounting to 3 people who provide population administration services at the Langkat Village Office and 2 people from the Langkat Village community who receive services. Data by type and source are in the form of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses the validity of triangulation data techniques performed to analyze data qualitatively and draw conclusions from the study. The communication of village office employees in providing population administration services to the community in the Langkat Village office in Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency in general has been carried out clearly and by using good communication to the community given population administration services. Where village officials know for sure who should be served, when, and where, and to simplify the work used communication media as a link to the smooth communication, and all forms of services provided have been delivered well and able to be followed and heard by the community.
