Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Teluk Kuantan Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 31 employees who worked at PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Teluk Kuantan Branch. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents, namely employees of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Teluk Kuantan Branch. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression method. R Square value is 0.554 or 55.4% which indicates that the compensation variable has an influence of 55.4% on employee performance, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
