Abstract
Traditional games are games that are exist in certain areas based on the local culture. Traditional games are fun activities for entertaining, maintaining neighborhood, and social comfortable. Teaching Eglish for Young Learners is a course for all teachers of primary age students. This study aims to find out traditional games for teaching English. this study used a qualitative oral history method. Data collection is done by interviewing the indigenous people of Siak Regency. From the research that has been done, it was found three traditional games, that all traditional games in Siak district had no tendency effects, and all traditional games had good values for early childhood.
