Abstract

ANALYSIS OF ISLAMIC LEADERSHIP AT BMT AL-ITTIHAD RUMBAI RAOUL ELIAN HIDAYAT 172310160 Leadership in Islam is a leader who carries out human functions as caliphs on earth and must be based on the Al-Quran and Hadith This research has a background because BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai is an institution that applies Islamic values in its operations. As an institution that implements religious values, so far no one has researched the analysis of Islamic leadership style at BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to analyze Islamic Leadership at BMT AL-Ittihad Rumbai. The purpose of this research is to analyze Islamic leadership in BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai. The subjects in this study were Managers, Branch Heads, Account Officers, Customer Service, Tellers at BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai. While the object of this study is the Analysis of Islamic Leadership at BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai Pekanbaru. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on the analysis of Islamic leadership at BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai obtained from the answers of the respondents, it can be concluded that the leadership applied by the leadership of BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai Pekanbaru is in accordance with Islamic teachings. the leadership of BMT Al-Itthihad Rumbai Pekanbaru has the characteristics of sidiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah which can then really run the wheels of the company's organization, motivate, direct, and set a good example to their employees. So that the goals set by the company can be realized together.
