Abstract
Self-regulation in learning is very important for overseas students in the world of education so that overseas students can adapt to the demands of their future. Selfregulation in learning is defined as a process in which the making of the achievement of goals, the planning that is set, the use of strategies, monitoring of the implementation of the strategy, motivation, cognition, and evaluation of the learning process undertaken. This study aims to determine the description of selfregulation in learning in overseas students of the Faculty of Psychology, Batch 2021. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Subjects taken in this study amounted to 117 overseas students using purposive sampling technique and measuring data collection using a learning scale based on self-regulation adapted from the Herawaty (2013) scale. The results of the study show that the description of self-regulation in learning for overseas students of the Faculty of Psychology Batch 2021 is in the medium category, which is 35%.
