Abstract

This study aims to discuss organizational communication on employee motivation at PT. Persada Nusa Nabati Indonesia. The research sample in this study were 39 people who used census method, data is processed using IBM SPSS 20.0 as an analysis tool research. This study uses quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through research questionnaires then tabulated and starts with the theoretical foundation that is in literature review. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows organizational communication variables have a positive and significant effect Below 0.05 is (0.00 <0.05) the closeness of the organizational communication relationship to PT. Persada Nusa Nabati Indonesia is categorized as strong, that's the coefficient value estimate (R) of 0.708. The amount approved is given a variable Organizational communication with motivation coefficient of determination () of 0.502 or 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% Research by other factors is not included in the research model.
