Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Internal Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Riau Telecommunications Region Mainland. Analysis tool of this research is descriptive quantitative and uses SPSS Version 22. Samples are used in this study were 30 samples from 100 populations in the year 2019 using the Probability Sampling technique. Collection technique the data used a questionnaire accompanied by a brief interview with the manager and several employees. Data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression. Data analysis can be obtained conclusion is based on the results of the respondent's recapitulation regarding Internal Communication variable, Work Motivation at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications Witel Ridar Pekanbaru in good category. This can be seen from the value internal communication with t-count> t-table. Influential work motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the t-count> t-table. The better internal communication and motivation for work done, then the better the performance of the employees. Internal communication and work motivation influences together on the performance performed employee. Thus to improve employee performance, then company management needs to pay attention to internal communication and good work motivation for better performance.
