Abstract

The development of society and the era of globalization have also influenced the human mindset to develop businesses so that they are in line with today's times, so Wakdelivery MSMEs have appeared, which are MSMEs engaged in food delivery services which can help reduce unemployment during the Covid-19 period. The main problem in this research is what causes Wakdelivery MSMEs that are not legally incorporated and what is the impact of the problem so that "Wakdelivery MSMEs" do not have legal status The research method used is the empirical method. As well as the nature of this research is descriptive analysis, while the tools to collect data in this study are through interviews and documentation. The results of the research: The reason why MSMEs are required to deliver is not yet a legal entity because the administrative submission files are incomplete and the administrative staff has explained that they can register MSMEs with legal entities online but MSMEs are required to deliver have not yet registered their business either online or in person, the impact of the problems faced by MSMEs are obliged delivery due to external and internal factors from MSME Wak delivery and other impacts because MSMEs are required to deliver not yet have a legal entity, so they do not get BLT and special capital loans for MSMEs that are already legal entities.
