Abstract

This study aims to analyze the product innovations carried out by Sedap Bakat Pekanbaru in order to improve the quality of their products. The analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive which is equipped with documentation and also conducts interviews with the owners of the Sedap Bakat Business Pekanbaru pool to explore information on innovations carried out in depth and also make direct observations to the object of research, the results of this study are that all of the Sedap Bakat Business Pekanbaru have made product innovations. and also improve its quality, as can be seen from the modern production equipment used and the development of product variations and well-chosen and high-quality raw materials. With this, the Sedap Bakat Business Pekanbaru has won several collaborations with gift shops and has good consumer trust, as evidenced by increasing product sales and operating revenues.
