Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees who took part in job training as many as 73 employees. While the sample taken as many as 38 employees using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results showed that the job training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Pekanbaru.
