Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. RAPP which is located at Jl Lintas Timur Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. This study aims to find out what types of assistance the company PT.RAPP does in the program implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and to find out whether PT.RAPP implements the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in this covid virus outbreak. The author analyzes the data of this study using descriptive qualitative methods, namely research that seeks to describe the object or subject under study in accordance with what it is, as well as explaining the variables and indicators. The results of research and analysis that the authors have done regarding the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Riau Mainstay Pulp and Paper in Handling the COVID-19 Outbreak in Pelalawan Regency. In the health sector, RAPP has never provided health assistance to the community, either in the form of masks or vitamins. RAPP only provides basic needs 2 times for 2 years to the underprivileged/affected by Covid with a budget that has been determined by the RAPP company, RAPP lacks transparency and accountability where RAPP has not been able to provide all information regarding CSR activities to its collaborating parties such as the government, where it becomes a necessity for all company stakeholders which is useful for creating a good image and RAPP's CSR assistance in handling the COVID-19 outbreak can be said to have not been evenly distributed to the community.
