Abstract
Higher Order Thinking Skills on Minimum Literacy Competency Assessment Questions for Class X Even Semester at SMK Negeri Agriculture Pekanbaru in 2021/2022. The birth of circular letter No. 1 of 2021 concerning the implementation of school exams in which the implementation of the National Examination (UN) is changed to a Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) and a Character Survey, which consists of the ability to reason using language (literacy) and the ability to reason using mathematics (numbering), as well as strengthening character education. a government breakthrough in producing a quality generation that is able to survive in the 4.0 revolution era. The efforts made are by applying HOTS in the evaluation process, one of which is applying HOTS in assessment questions. This study aims to find out and explain HOTS in terms of reading literacy AKM for class X even semester at SMK Negeri Pertanian Pekanbaru in 2021/2022. This research uses content analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, notes, writing and conclusions. The data in the study were analyzed using content analysis techniques by identifying, classifying, then analyzing and finally interpreting. The results of this study indicate that there are only two cognitive levels in the cognitive level on the AKM reading literacy question, namely (1) understanding (C2) and analyzing (C4). Understanding (C2) in the LOTS category was found to be 68% while analyzing (C4) which was in the HOTS category was found to be only 32%. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers on AKM reading literacy questions for class X even semester at the Pekanbaru Agricultural State Vocational School in 2021/2022 according to the criteria for good HOTS questions, the comparison between the difficulty of the questions from easy, medium and difficult is 30% : 40 % :30%, it can be concluded that it is in the HOTS category with a percentage of 32%.
