Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to pass under volleyball by using the pair learning method in class VIII 1 students of SMP Negeri 2 Inuman. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were class VIII 1 students of SMP Negeri 2 Inuman which consisted of 1 class of 24 students. The research instrument used was the assessment of the volleyball bottom passing rubik's work. The data analysis technique is to calculate the classical completeness score of 70% of students who get a KKM score of 70 from student learning outcomes. The results of research and analysis of research data can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to pass under volleyball using the pair learning method in class VIII 1 students of Inuman 2 Public Middle School with a percentage of classical completeness in cycle I of 79% and in cycle II of 95.8% so that there is an increase in the percentage value of 16.8%.
