Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Clarity of Budgetary Targets, Competence of Village Apparatuses, and Leadership on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, this research is a quantitative study and uses a survey method. Data collection was carried out by giving a questionnaire with the criteria of 3 respondents in each village in the Bantan sub-district, all members of the population were used as a sample of 69 respondents. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, tolerance test and VIF. Multiple linear regression test, t test, simultaneous test f and the coefficient of determination adj R2. The results of this study by testing the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded as a whole that partially and simultaneously Clarity of Budget Targets (X1), Village Apparatus Competence (X2), and Leadership (X3) affect Village Fund Management Accountability (Y). However, this research is expected to be able to add insight and knowledge that many factors influence the accountability of village fund management.
