Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Rotte Variety of Flavors Pekanbaru, Province Riau. This study aims to analyze workload and productivity work of production employees and to find out the relationship between expenses work on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Rotte Variety of Flavors. The population in this study were production employees at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa) with a sample of 35 employees. Method data analysis used is descriptive method and quantitative analysis namely by simple regression analysis (Simple regression). Noted that based on the coefficient of determination test the value of R Square is 0.669 then it can be it can be concluded that employee work productivity (Y) is affected by load work (X) in this study amounted to 66.9%. The remaining 33.1% is influenced by other variables other than the variables examined in this study.
