Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of the product on the decision to buy a house at PT. Tunas Lestari Purnama. This research method is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 40. The results of respondents' responses regarding the quality of home products at PT. Tunas Lestari full moon is already in a good category as seen from its easy accessibility and strategic location determination. While the results of the responses regarding the purchase decision are in the agree category, this explains that making a home purchase decision at PT. Tunas Lestari Purnama is determined by the location of the house that is easily accessible. Hypothesis testing explains that product quality has a significant influence on home buying decisions at PT. Tunas Lestari Purnama with the resulting r square value of 0.453 explains that product quality can affect consumer decisions in buying houses at PT. Tunas Lestari Purnama is 45.3% and the remaining 54.7% is influenced by such as consumer satisfaction, buying interest, and costumer loyalty other variables not examined in this study.
