Abstract
This study aims to determine the working relationship between the Tanjung Belit Selatan Village Government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the Kampar Kiri Hulu sub-district, Kampar Regency. The type of research is qualitative with interview survey methods, field analysis and observations and interviews. Based on the results of descriptive analysis that it can be concluded that based on the dominance between the village government and the Village Consultative Body is not implemented, then based on the subordination relationship between the village government and the BPD is still not going well, then based on the partnership relationship between the Village Government and the Village Consultative Body in Tanjung Belit Selatan Village, it has not been implemented and is not running well. Thus, from the results of this study, it can be concluded that the working relationship between the Village Government and the Village Consultative Body in Tanjung Belit Selatan Village is still not going well and is still not being implemented.
