Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Regulations Minister of Home Affairs RI Number 20 of 2018 Concerning Financial Management Villages in Village Financial Management in Muara Petai Village, Pucuk District Rantau Kuantan Singingi Regency; as well as to determine the inhibiting factors implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2018 Concerning Village Financial Management in Village Financial Management in Muara Village Map of Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is classified as empirical legal research, while its nature is is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research location is Muara Petai Village, Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, dn as population and research respondents are: a Head of Muara Village Petai, a Head of Financial Affairs at the Muara Petai Village Office, 1 person, and a chairman of BPD Muara Petai. The data source used is primary data and secondary data, and the data collection tool is an Interview Guide. The analytical method used in analyzing the data in this study is a qualitative data analysis method, and drawing conclusions with deductive reasoning. The conclusions of the results of this study are: (a) Implementation of Regulations Minister of Home Affairs RI Number 20 of 2018 Concerning Financial Management Villages in Village Financial Management in Muara Petai Village, Pucuk District Rantau of Kuantan Singingi Regency is quite effective in accordance with the rule of law and the applicable provisions; and (b) Factors inhibiting the Implementation of Regulations Minister of Home Affairs RI Number 20 of 2018 Concerning Financial Management Villages in Village Financial Management in Muara Petai Village, Pucuk District Rantau Kuantan Singingi Regency is the inadequate availability of staff who have enough ability and expertise in managing village finances, supporting facilities, and technical guidance in the field of Village Finance management
