Abstract
This study aims to determine how the Effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee Work Productivity of PKS PT Semunai Sawit Perkasa Kec. Pinggir. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 30 people. And the results of this study indicate that there is a significant and positive effect on supervision and occupational safety and health (K3) on the employee work productivity of PKS PT Semunai Sawit Perkasa Kec. Pinggir. And simultaneously the variables of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) have a positive and significant effect on the employee Work Productivity of PKS PT Semunai Sawit Perkasa Kec. Pinggir.
