Abstract
As the population increases in an area, it is accompanied by an increase in economic development activities and excessive human activities in the use of existing Natural Resources (SDA), causing pollution and environmental damage. What is not managed properly and correctly is a phenomenon, including in several places or regions, namely the Meranti Islands Regency. There is also the purpose of this study to find out how the Dynamic Governance of the Management of the Sago Waste Industry owned by the Environmental Service in the Meranti Islands Regency. The theory used has 3 indicators which include Think ahead, Think again, and Think Across. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study, namely Dynamic Governance in the Management of the Sago Waste Industry in the Meranti Islands Regency, have not been optimized properly, this is based on 3 indicators used in dynamic government research on the Environmental Service.
