Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the environment on employee productivity at PT. Wanna Jingga Timur in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is a descriptive survey using quantitative methods. The population determined by all employees of the processing department at the PT. Wanna Jingga Timur, Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaled 43 people with a census sampling technique. Data collection is done directly through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were grouped according to their respective criteria, then descriptive analysis and statistical analysis were performed. The results of this study found that the work environment variable at PT. Wanna Jingga Timur is in the very good category. Where the average employee already feels a good work environment provided by the company, so that employees work calmly. The employee productivity variable at PT. Wanna Jingga Timur is in the very good category. Thus, it can be said that some of the productivity of PT. Wanna Jingga Timur employees has been good as expected by the company. The results of multiple linear regression calculations have a significant effect given the work environment variable on employee productivity through a determination test of 58.2%. Partially t-test, the work environment variable has an influence on the work productivity of the employees PT. Wanna Jingga Timur.
