Abstract
This study discusses about fulfillment restitution right for child who be a victim sexual violence. And this study try explain about fulfllmen right or compensasion obtained by victim sexual violece and explane factor why that case hapened. By use qualitative research obtained research data based on observation and interview do with research sources, restorative justice theory used on this research to analyze and discuss the result on this study, based on research that has been carrie out at UPT LPA Pekanbaru city, it can be concluded that thw fulfllment restitution right obtained by child who are be a victim sexual violence is related to psychological restitution.
